Move the *.etheme files to /usr/share/enlightenment/themes/ instead

The bg pics are usually stored in
~/.enlightenment/theme_name/backgrounds/images/ or something like
that. Move any images in there to ~/.enlightenment/backgrounds/ and
regerate the menu's
