YUK! which RTF are we talking about? also are we talking from the GUI or CLI? if you are running "X" then star/open office or WP8 both do a good job also Mule and AbiWord or SIAG but there's open spec rtf and then the junk that MS Word calls RTF, your mileage can vary dramatically. I haven't found a CLI rtf--->postscript converter i'm happy with for dealing with the MS junk... but you need to give more detail on what you are trying to read and how you want to use it If you want more info you'll need to give more...
