I want to update xchat to 1.6.4 so I did a apt-get
update ; apt-get source -b xchat 1.6.4 and I get this
error, Could not open file
/var/state/apt/lists/non-us.debian.org_debian-non-us_dists_stable_non-us_source_Sources
-open(2 No such file or directory. This is what my
sources.list is ...

Does anyone see what I'm doing wrong, and if I live in
Virginia do I need teh non-US in my sources.list?
