Indeed, i figured that if he/she would do something out-of-line that would cause repercussions from systems managment AND that it is possible that his/her sysadmin. is strung out on the job and cannot/does not want to support this effort but agrees the user can give it a shot. That way the user can propose a solution, i should have added the insecurity issue though.
