Hi, are you sure you want to do an install over your telephone line? I have no experience with this, but have you provided nameservers? (see /etc/resolv.conf for it). Can you ping/telnet when manually starting up ppp (with: pon <pppname>)? What do the logs say? For example, do on one terminal tail -f /var/log/syslog
