security.debian.org is not and will not be mirrored.  putting
authenticity asside mirrors by their very nature will get updates
slower then the main server.  this can be quite a serious problem for
security updates.  even worse, if the mirror script gets broken and
nobody notices for a few weeks/months.  

security updates are generally small and infrequent (well not always
infrequent..) so mirroring really isn't necessary anyway.
