FWIW, they didn't (and still don't).  Not a biggie, but something to
tackle eventually.

Don't quote me on any of this, especially when I'm constrained by not
being able to cut and past between my laptop and my desktop -- currently
8,000 miles apart.  But we've fixed that now, thanks.
