Well, I grabbed the plugin from SUN (http://java.sun.com/products/plugin/),
put it in /usr/local/jre-image-i386, then made a symlink from the
mozilla plugins dir to the java plugin (ns600 version).  It seems to
work.  I usually have it turned off though.  Too much bandwidth required
for most "applets"...
