        I the image you downloaded is an official image, you probably
        can use rsync to download only the corrupted part of the whole
        iso image.

        Take a look at http://cdimage.debian.org and at the pseudo-image
        kit (simply skip the use of the script and only use information
        about rsync to finish the download of your image).
