Depends on the situation, for a basicly stand alone setup (like this one, I presume), yes. For a coherent filesystem structure across a network of systems, no. For example /home/<foo> /projects/<foo> and most everything else under /com, is how things are here, there's some straggling top level stuff, but that's the idea. My $0.02, -Jon
