The big question on performance: How does a single 1 GHz CPU compare to dual 500 MHz CPU's for performanace? For cost? (I'm sure the dual 500s are cheaper, but by how much? I've heard the occasional rumor that dual AMD mobos may be available as soon as Q1 2001 (i.e., within the next couple months).
