Add the following line to your .muttrc

macro   index   <F1>    '!zless /usr/doc/mutt/manual.txt.gz'

Then, when in mutt, you can find the answers to your mutt questions by
hitting F1.  This would be faster then writing to the list and having
us read the manual for you.
