Hello all [please CC me on replies]
Is there a way to restart Apache gracefully as a non-root user? I don't want to write a wrapper suid program and I don't want to execute the shell script (doing the graceful restart) as root. I mean, Apache is already up and running as root (father process), so I fail to see why a simple 'graceful' shouldn't work as non-root. Help appreciated, Sven
