Hello John, I have the same book Debian GNU/Linux 2.1, but never used the CD that came with it... I ordered a CD from http://www.Libranet.com, it comes with a full year of Support Help, not any other vendor I know does this... I will say this though, there CD was a snap to Install Debian, so before you do anything I'd check out there Website...
