Hi!

I have set up an IPv6 tunnel. And I would like
to assign IP addresses to my network devices.

I have two, eth0 and eth0:1. How can I assign
an address to the virtual device? I have successfully
assigned to eth0 but I could to eth0:1.

How can I add an entry into /etc/network/interfaces
for IPv6 address. Because my devices should have
both, IPv4 and IPv6 addresses. Should I add another
address line to the iface section?

But how can I specify that device is IPv4 and
IPv6. Because ifconfig shows me that there
are both IPs assigned to the eth0. But not to the
eth0:1.

Please help.

Mike
