Hi all.. Just curious if there is something different with the latest test kernel? I was running test10 and decided to try out test12 with a fresh potato -> woody install. I've compiled many kernels, but this latest time I have run into a little snag. Seems my modules do not work. I have done a make modules && make modules_install and they are installed for sure, but my new modules.dep is empty (i.e 0 bytes), and I can't modprobe any of my modules.. every time I do I get something like module XXX.o not found. I've followed the same procedure as with every kernel, and this one is a mystery to me. I have everything set to yes in the Loadable Modules support section, and I even tried with kernel module loader off to see if that would do anything...
So, anyone have any suggestions? I'm stumped.. Thanks.. JP
