1) please don't post in HTML 2) just a guess: did you check in your BIOS that the "PnP OS" was set to "Disabled" ? If it isn't it might explain why linux doesn't see your hardware.
Besides, if all your peripherals are __still__ set to the same IRQ, you may need to force the IRQ settings in the BIOS. Short way: check in windows the IRQ config and reproduce it (sigh...).
