Hi!

Just tried setting up Debian 3.0 (woody) for someone, and all now
basically works fine, except that when KDE tries to start up, it gets
through the first two icons of the initialisation screen, then at the
third (I think it's there, anyway), it dies and exits. The only
useful error message I could determine was in .xsession-errors which
read:

kdeinit: Fatal IO error: client killed

and then various exiting messages.

Any ideas what this might mean or what I can do to try fixing it?
Please Cc me with your replies!

Thanks,

   Julian
