I just upgraded Woody and X only works for root. When another user attempts to start X, there is a warning about that user not being authorized to start the server. I am very confused, as I got no warning that the upgrade would change the configs.
My /etc/X11/Xserver still contains the same info as before, on the first line, the path to the SVGA server and on the second, the word "Console". Does anyone know what is going on? thanks -- Andrew PS- please CC me as I am having some problems receiving from the list right now.
