The latest in unstable is milestone 18, but if you grab the daily builds directly from the Mozilla.org site you can install them easily in your ~ directory. The problem is that Mozilla is still in beta -- it's not as fast as Netscape and it also has its bugs. Still, it's quite useable. Another browser out there is Opera, which is commercial.
