You might be best off to contact some of the people who sell official CDs (http://www.debian.org/distrib/vendors) and see if they have one they'd send you for the postage. You might also check the full list of mirrors (http://www.debian.org/mirror/mirrors_full) for those that have the CD Images. Some might have the old ones lying around.
