Actually, win4lin comes as a .deb as well as a .rpm. I've been running win4lin for 7 months now on my Debian box, first on potato and now on woody, all installed from the .deb. The only thing you have to do if you want to install on a Debian box is to patch the kernel yourself and rebuild, since no patched kernel is available, I've run every version of win4lin from 1.0 up to the present beta-5. Try hanging out on the win4lin lists (check their website); you will find plenty of people running Debian.
