I have the same problem. I made a standard install, added and removed a few items using apt-get, nothing big,a nd suddenly when I look at deselect it won't install an item unless it also gives me some 50 other things inclusing bison, talk, etc. What happened and will the above clear it out so I can start using it from time to time?
