No. XF86Setup is a graphical configuration utility. xf86configurator (there is no XF86config, though both utilities are designed to create an /etc/X11/XF86Config file) is a command-line, menu-driven tool. I find I have much better luck (and can navigate more smoothly through) XF86Setup, and recommend it strongly. -- Karsten M.
