Are you sure it's the drivers? Have you verified that your motherboard fully follows the AGP spec? When the TNT2 cards first came out, there were many people who complained about instability with them. Many, if not most, were using them on motherboards that did not have a correct AGP implementation. Some motherboards have AGP settings that can be used to improve performance or stablity. You should check your motherboard manufacturer's (or computer vendor's) website and/or do a search on deja to find out if other people with your hardware have had problems and if they've found solutions.
