netscape is in the package navigator-base-475, but only if you point to the security server of debian in your sources.list. You can search in dselect pressing / and typing the name of the package you are looking for. It is a good idea to take some time to learn how to use dselect and apt. There are a lot of functions, read the man pages like apt as well.
