I understood that the University of Washington had told the developer in question that they didn't mind this specific use. Of course, this is not good enough for Debian, since a licence saying that we can distribute the modified software but nobody else can is on the unpleasant side of non-free. -- Colin Watson [EMAIL PROTECTED]
