This is my first crack at answering a question on this list, and I've only been using Debian myself for about a month. I could be full of crap, but here goes... The way that I would go about this would be to add the line for the woody packages to sources.list. Then run apt-get update. This will update the list of packages that apt-get knows about. Then I'd do 'apt-get install --reinstall <package-name>' since you're only concerned about a specific package. After that, you need to comment out the line for woody packages, then re-run apt-get update. There might be (read: probably is) a better way to do it, but that's how I'd do it.
