The decision to use a broker is largely up to the shipper, and there is little you can do about it. Complaining to stormix might help, though, as I doubt very much they expect people to have to pay brokerage fees for such a straightforward transaction. Given the NAFTA, one would have imagined that brokers would have dried up; that there are more brokers than ever gives the lie to the "F" in the acronym.
