Hello Zach, Have you used rawrite or dd? The disk-files are disk-images, this means, they should be copied bit by bit to a disk, and not by some tools which use the file-system, which is on the disk. By writing the raw images, they should fit absolutely exactly on one disk. Regards, Daniel
