Unmount and remount all NFSed directories on the client. Apparently, this change isn't entirely transparent. (ISTR being able to stop and restart the user-space nfsd on the server without it disturbing clients. OTOH, that didn't involve rebooting the server, which is probably a relevant point as well...)
