Yep, am logged in as root when i execute escputil, was only logged in as test while typing e-mail !! Have already setup /etc/group for root & test I guess pet theory is most likely !! Thanks for all your help, hell cleaning the heads is more usefull than knowing the ink level anyhow .... You know when ink is low, it dont print !!!
