Hi all, I'm thinking about using sendmail or exim... Now I have sendmail configured properly, but the default mta for debian is exim, so I think it's a good idea to change it.
What I need to do is the following: I have a local network. So, I'm interested in beeing able to send mail in it. Then, I have a smarthost to which I have to send mail. But to be able to send mail trought the smarthost, I have to masquerade my name, because my username is juli and it has to be changed to [EMAIL PROTECTED] Well, so my question is... can exim do this ? I'm currently doing this with sendmail, but it's slower, harder to setup (but not impossible :-), and it's not the default for debian. Thanks. -- Do you really think win is easy to use? --------------------------------------- Juli-Manel Merino Vidal <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Running Debian GNU/Linux woody ---------------------------------------
