Hello Some questions to be answered:
o How, if possible, can I deliberately cause a core dump on Linux?
(Running potato / 2.2.17-pre6-1 kernel from the sources available
in potato.)
o Will the 2.2.17 sources for potato be updated anytime soon, now
that the *actualy 2.2.17 is out? (Currently -pre6-1)
o I suppose "dlocate" is woody-and-later only? :)
