this is true, usually (occasionally there are some 'rtfm' replies, but most are quite informative). but it's a two-edged sword -- this list is popular because it's helpful... but it's so popular that you hafta weed thru 150 posts to find the one that you can answer (or to find the one that answered you)... damn tradeoffs. who designed this universe, anyway?
