they emailed me saying they gave me a refund for my purchase on aug 26 1998. Although they did not tell me(until now) i'll have to take their word on it as i don't have records that go back that far.
so, in good faith(trusting their word on this) i retract my negative statements about cheapbytes. still it would be nice if they had a better system inplace(maybe they do now) maybe i should order my 2.2 cds from them .......can someone let me know when they get their new CDs if they are pressed or if they are CDRd ? i can't use CDRd media its too unreliable(even my own burned cdrs) i buy the retail stuff for the pressed cds.
