I recently did a floppyless install of 2.2 from msdos. I had to modify install.bat from "dosutils\loadlin linux root=/dev/ram initrd=images-1.44/root.bin disksize=1.44" to "loadlin linux root=/dev/ram initrd=root.bin disksize=1.44".
Not too tricky, but some people won't be able to get it to
work. And hardly confidence inspiring for those who do.
