UltraSPARCs have a tendencie not to boot from floppy. You should try either the tftp image or a CDROM. Note, make sure you use the sun4u images, since those are the ones needed for UltraSPARCs. Also, you can sub/post to debian-sparc to get better help specific to Debian/SPARC.
