just found out and confirmed w/ other mb/systems ... that
the onboard rtl (phy) chips running w/ sis900 drivers are worthless
at high network load ( say 5 5GB streaming video .. )
- exact same watchdog error you got
use a different motherboard or different pci-based nics
and the problem is gone
( eepro-100 pci card or netgear fa310 or ??
