Whatever you use, make sure you send plain text messages to this mailing list instead of HTML-formatted like Kent West did ;)
I'd recommend taking the time to learn mutt. You can get a hold of the basic features quickly, you can use it with your favorite editor (many prefer vim), and it has much power once you learn the more advanced commands. -- finger for GPG public key.
