In my experience, this generally indicates disk corruption.  You might
check the affected packages with debsums or just try to reinstall
them.

Note that several of these are symlinks to others in the list.
Conventionally libfoo.so.x is a symlink to libfoo.so.x.y.z (both
included in libfoox), and libfoo.so is a symlink to libfoo.so.x
provided in libfoo-dev.  So it sounds like a couple of your GNOME
libraries got messed up.
