Every once in a while i get this (and i know my ethernet connection isn't down). Retrying until things get around to a different ip address (http.us.debian.org round-robins to several) usually gets the files downloaded. My guess is that it was the middle of the update and some mirrors didn't get it all at the same time, but i don't know for sure. -- finger for GPG public key.
