Check the Contents file to see what package owns any particular file: freefall ~ $ zgrep libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2 Contents-i386.gz ./usr/lib/libstdc++-libc6.1-1.so.2 oldlibs/libstdc++2.9-glibc2.1 freefall ~ $
The Contents file should be in dists/frozen/Contents-i386.gz on the web/ftp site. I try to keep a local copy for checking things like your question.
