I have just installed a debian potato in a friend of mine's box. He has an IDE cd-writer and he uses scsi-emulation to record cds, but the CD player of KDE can not reproduce any sound. This program is capable of reading CD-toc, and after starting playing the seconds counter changes, but no sound comes out from the speakers. We have tried with other cd-players (like cccd or wmplay) but no one could make it work.
Any idea? Thanks -- ######################################## .'/,-Y" "~-. Vicente Torres Carot l.Y ^. Universidad Politécnica de Valencia /\ __ "Doh!"
