If you wanna know how lilo works: check the source! ;)) If you want to know a little less detailed: read the docs ;) You'll probably have lilo on your system already, otherwise you wouldn't be able to boot linux at all (if your booting from hd), but... dds.nl->holland->try ftp://ftp.nl.debian.org/debian/dists/<your distribution (probably slink or potato)/main/binary-i386/base/lilo<version>.deb You can install with dpkg. Try apt, if you got it you'll only need to do: apt-get install lilo and it'll download and install! (you'll want to do apt-get update first).
