Hi I've a linux box connected to the internet via ISDN - in addition I've 2 other machines using the linux box as a gateway. It all works fine. The only problem is that without any activity the linux box make a connection every 2-3 minutes. I'm quite sure it has to do with bind/named since I get messages like:
orca named[289]: listening on [212.216.11.141].53 (ippp0) How can I stop this automatic re-dialing - or maybe more correctly how do I re-configure bind.
