Vfat and space in file name

What do you have to use to access something like "My Documents" in a
mounted partition? I can see it, but if I, say, type in "ls /mnt/drC/My
Documents" it tells me not such file or directory. Is there any dumb
symbol for space that I am missing? Thanx.
