OK... That looks like it would stop exim from running the queue every however often. My understanding of the original question, though (as well as something I've been wondering), is: How do I get exim to stop _logging_ every time it runs the queue? Running the queue is a Good Thing, but logs filled with repeated May 4 21:53:02 pchan /USR/SBIN/CRON[1773]: (mail) CMD ( if [ -x /usr/sbin/exim -a -f /etc/exim.conf ]; then /usr/sbin/exim -q >/dev/null 2>&1; fi) messages can be annoying. -- "Two words: Windows survives." - Craig Mundie, Microsoft senior strategist "So does syphillis.
