I searched the net, but to no avail. Anyone?
Signal 15 is SIGTERM, termination (exit). My dialup connection gives this when I hangup (poff). Here is what an example connection for me looks like: Apr 24 09:04:36 mustang pppd[17728]: pppd 2.3.10 started by rbf, uid 1000 Apr 24 09:04:42 mustang pppd[17565]: Exit. Apr 24 09:05:20 mustang pppd[17728]: Serial connection established. Apr 24 09:05:20 mustang pppd[17728]: Using interface ppp0 Apr 24 09:05:20 mustang pppd[17728]: Connect: ppp0 <--> /dev/ttyS1 Apr 24 09:05:23 mustang pppd[17728]: local IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Apr 24 09:05:23 mustang pppd[17728]: remote IP address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Apr 24 13:03:11 mustang pppd[17728]: Terminating on signal 15. Apr 24 13:03:11 mustang pppd[17728]: Connection terminated. Apr 24 13:03:11 mustang pppd[17728]: Connect time 237.9 minutes. (IP address changed to protect the innocent :) HTH, Ron -- Email: <mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Home: <http://www.farrer.net> Bellingham Linux Users Group: <http://www.blug.org> Alpha Linux Orginization: <http://www.alphalinux.org>
