Maybe you need to install it to the latest version? I'm a bit behind where you are in terms of versions, since I'm running Slink with *some* Potato, and I believe you did the full upgrade. But your upgrade broke in the middle, as I recall from your earlier messages, so you may still be behind on some things. Try:
apt-get install libdbd-pg-perl
